Data Deletion

Post Kraken respects your right to control your personal information. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete your account

Log in to Post Kraken, open Settings > Account, and choose Delete Account. The application will guide you through confirmation and deletion of account data, connected accounts, scheduled content, and personal information, subject to limited legal retention requirements.

Option 2: Email a request

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. Email requests are processed within 30 days, and we will send confirmation when processing is complete.

Disconnect a social platform

You can disconnect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, or Pinterest from the connected-accounts area. Disconnecting removes the stored access token and platform-derived connection data and stops future access. You may also revoke Post Kraken from the platform's own settings.
