Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Post Kraken LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, governing access to and use of Post Kraken.

Agreement, eligibility, and accounts

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to contract, use the service for authorized U.S. business purposes, provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

The service and your decisions

Post Kraken provides tools for brand planning, content creation, media generation, scheduling, publishing, analytics, and related workflows. You remain responsible for reviewing content, confirming factual and legal accuracy, selecting authorized accounts, and deciding what to publish.

Subscriptions, tokens, and cancellation

Paid plans renew as disclosed at checkout until canceled. Prices, included usage, token costs, refund eligibility, and cancellation timing are presented in the applicable order or checkout terms. Canceling stops future renewal but does not reverse completed usage except where required by law or expressly stated.

Your content and AI-assisted output

You retain rights in Customer Content and grant Post Kraken the permissions needed to host, process, transform, and transmit it to provide the service. You must have the rights needed for submitted content and connected accounts. AI-assisted output may be inaccurate or similar to other output, so human review is required before use.

Acceptable use and connected platforms

You may not misuse the service, violate law or third-party rights, evade safeguards, interfere with systems, scrape or reverse engineer prohibited portions, or publish through accounts you are not authorized to control. Third-party platforms have their own terms, permissions, availability, limits, and enforcement decisions.

Suspension, warranties, and liability

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. The full Terms contain warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, limitations of liability, dispute-resolution procedures, and Arizona governing-law provisions.
