AI processing and product improvement

Post Kraken uses service providers to help generate and analyze content at a user's direction. Inputs may include prompts, brand context, and selected media. We use contractual, technical, and access controls appropriate to the service and do not sell customer content.

Connected platforms and disclosure

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, or Pinterest, Post Kraken accesses and uses platform data only to provide the features you authorize and subject to the platform's terms. We may disclose information to infrastructure, payment, analytics, support, and professional service providers; for legal or safety reasons; or in a business transaction.

Retention, security, and choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to appeal certain decisions.

Account and data deletion

You may delete your account in the application or follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page. Disconnecting a platform removes its stored access token and stops future authorized access.

Children, changes, and contact
